Frequently asked questions about us
Are you guys player-friendly?
We have number of binders filled with Pokemon play-ables, and others filled and organized by sets for mastersetters as well. We are also currently working on One Piece play-ables as well for our OP focused customers!
How many stores do you guys have?
We have two stores with our primary store being located at 6760 Abrams Rd #107, Dallas, TX 75231. Our second store is located at 3920 Rosemeade Pkwy Suite 140, Dallas, TX 75287.
Do you guys buy cards?
Yes! We usually will buy around 70-80% of what the market is according to Collectr and will throw a little more on top for trades and in-store credit.
What other cards do you have?
While our inventory is primarily Pokemon focused, we have a growing selection of One Piece, Dragonball Z, and sports cards, however inventory is much more limited on those compared to Pokemon.
I'm new to pokemon cards, where should I start?
The choice is ultimately up to you! If you want specific cards, start with some singles, but if building up your binder is more appealing, starting with some packs or an Elite Trainer Box is a great way to start building your collection!
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final and any cards wanting to be purchased back will only be bought back at a percentage of what the current market is for said cards. For online purchases, we do not offer in-store pick up for a product. All purchases will be opened and ripped on scheduled live stream, and will be available for pick up at Lake Highlands store after the stream.

Our newest store located in Lake Highlands is nearly 2,000 sq. feet dedicated primarily to Pokemon card packs, boxes, singles, and slabs. We have a growing collection of One Piece and Sports Cards and are always listening to our community on how to improve our storefront!
